Problem Statement
Event participation was hindered by difficulty in quickly accessing event details, leading to missed opportunities for engagement. A visually compelling and intuitive solution was needed to boost awareness, simplify bookings, and encourage repeat attendance.

Design Process
Initial Explorations
Initial explorations involved user research to understand frustrations and needs, creating personas to guide design choices. I then conducted a competitive analysis to identify opportunities for a visually appealing yet simple solution. Sketches and low-fidelity wireframes focused on clear navigation and an intuitive layout, ensuring both visual appeal and ease of use.​​​​​​​
Iterations & Feedback
Iterations aimed to enhance navigation and visual clarity, guided by user feedback, leading to adjustments in button placements and visual hierarchy. After consideration with users, there was confusion about distinguishing buttons from headings, prompting a redesign with clearer visual cues. User research results recommended increasing contrast with bolder colours for key elements to improve accessibility and readability, resulting in a clearer and more intuitive interface that aligned with user expectations.
